Meatball Sub

So tasty and so filling!

Ingredients:
1 package of frozen pre-cooked Beef Italian style meatballs (I got mine from Trader Joes)
1 cup or more of your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 hoagie rolls

Directions:
Prepare meatballs according to package directions.  (I put the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with foil and baked for 20 minutes.)
In the meantime, heat the marinara in a saucepan and add the minced garlic clove as well as any other seasoning that you might like (salt, pepper, oregano.)
Remove the meatballs from the oven and add to the sauce. Cook on medium low for another 10 minutes. Assemble the  meatballs whole or halved into the bread. Top each sub with 2 slices of cheese. Put in oven until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Serve with a salad or chips.
