Santa Fe Burger

 
The bun is flat!  This is what happened when I froze then defrosted them.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (I used 80% lean)
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican Cheese
1/4 cup salsa

1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 hamburger buns
 
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the beef, 1 cup of cheese, salsa, tortilla chips, green onions, chili powder, garlic salt, and black pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Cook on the preheated grill until cooked through as desired. Place on buns and top with additional cheese and salsa.
