Chicken Ring

Delicious, very easy to make, and just as good the next day for lunch. You can vary the ingredient list any way you want. Next, I will try a Taco Ring.

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, chopped in bite size pieces
1 1/2 cups raw broccoli, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese mix
2 green onions, chopped
1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 packages of refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:
(This picture was taken from a previous time when I added red bell peppers and mushrooms to the ingredients above.)

Heat a skillet with a little olive oil and butter. Season the chopped chicken with a little lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until done.

In a large bowl, mix the raw broccoli, cheese, green onions, and soup. Add the cooked chicken. Season with more black pepper.

Lay out crescent rolls in a ring, overlap the wide edges, and press down. Fill with mixture. Fold over the triangle. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes until bubbly and light brown.
