Serves 2
1 tsp curry powder
1 (12oz) can tuna in vegetable oil, well drained
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs (I used Italian)
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp butter
a dash of black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Melt butter in a skillet and cook the patties until both sides are browned. Serve with Hawaiian dinner rolls and a salad. Top with tarter sauce (optional).
