Spinach,Tomato, and White Bean Soup


Really easy! Really good! Thanks Jenna for the wonderful recipe! 

Ingredients:
2 cans of chicken broth
1 can of petite diced tomatoes
2 cans of Great Northern white beans, drained and rinsed
2 spoons of tomato paste
1 (10 oz. ) box of frozen spinach
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Bring the broth to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients and reduce the temperature to medium low. Cook until the beans are tender. Remove the bay leaf and enjoy! Leftovers the next day are great.
