So tasty and so easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
6 oz. salmon fillet (1 per person)
salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice
your favorite BBQ sauce (I use Bulls-Eye Original)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Lay the salmon skin side down. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Brush with the BBQ sauce. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve with rice and steamed veggies.
