Salmon Burgers with Cilantro Mayo


These salmon bugers are not homemade, rather they are frozen from Trader Joe's and really good for a quick weeknight meal. However, this cilantro mayo is homemade and very much necessary for topping these burgers with. This cilantro mayo recipe is the easiest and tastiest dressing you will ever make. I made it once before when we had Fried Oyster Sandwiches for dinner and I was very much pleased.

Soon I will update this post with a salmon buger recipe from scratch that I have bookmarked but am just too lazy to actually make right now :)

For the cilantro mayo:
4 tbsp mayo
a handful of cilantro, washed
1 large garlic clove
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
a dash of salt and black pepper
a pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions:
In a blender combine the mayonnaise, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
