This is the best smoothie I ever made. It
 is healthy and great as a snack or for breakfast. You can vary the 
fruits as you like while keeping the vanilla yogurt and milk as the main ingredients. Next I will try mixed berries with mango. Try it 
soon and let me know what you think. 
Ingredients:
Yields 1 serving
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk ( I used almond coconut milk)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
