2 medium ripe avocados
1 Roma tomato, diced
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely minced

freshly squeezed lime juice, to taste
salt, to taste 

Split the avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork leaving a few bite size pieces. Stir in the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Serve with tortilla chips.
