1 thawed sheet of puff pastry, cut in 4 squares
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken
1 cup milk
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups frozen vegetable soup mix
1/4 tsp each of: salt, black pepper, Cajun seasoning
a pinch of garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the 4 squares of puff pastry onto it. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and puffed.
While the pastry is baking, whisk together the soup and milk in a pot over medium heat. Add the frozen vegetables, chicken, and seasonings. Cook and stir until heated through, about 10 minutes.
Place puff pastry squares on dinner plates and spoon chicken and veggie mix over the top.
