This Month's Feature: Vanilla-Berry Almond Smoothie

Looking for a healthy yet very filling lunch, look no further thanks to Jennifer Parsons and her awesome fruit smoothie! More Smoothies coming soon!

Ingredients:
Yield: 32 ounces

1 banana
1-1 1/2 cups frozen berries
1 cup baby spinach
1 tbsp. raw almond butter
1 tbsp. flaxseed
1 cup organic vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
A few ice cubes

Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a blender and pour into a tall glass. Note: For a complete meal, pair with one slice of toasted Ezekiel bread topped with raw almond butter spread.
