Curried Couscous

A flavorful new twist to plain couscous!

1 cup couscous
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp butter

curry paste:
1 1/2 tsp curry
4-5 tsp olive oil

a handful each of :
pine nuts, toasted
green onions, sliced
golden raisins

Boil the water, salt, and butter. Add the couscous. Stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork.

In a small bowl combine the curry with olive oil. Mix into couscous. Add the pine nuts, green onions, and raisins.
