Tortilla chips
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground beef

1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp oregano

16 oz. can of refried beans

Directions:
Line the bottom of a baking dish with the nacho chips. Chips may overlap, but don't overdo it. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with the yellow onion, garlic and spices. Drain the beef with a spatula or slotted spoon and spread it on the nacho pan. Add the refried beans to the nacho pan, spreading over the entire surface. Cover the nacho with the shredded cheese. Sprinkle the diced tomato and green onions over the nacho.
Bake at 325F for 10 minutes to melt the cheese and heat the nachos through. Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, salsa, and avocado.
