This Month's Feature: Pesto Pizza by Donia and Magda

This month's feature is Pesto Pizza. My sister and mom made this together one afternoon and shared the recipe with me in an email I received that same day. It was delicious!

"Hey Dalia,

Ummm, Yummy PIZZA! This is what mama and I ate for lunch today.  The pizza is so easy to make, so you can make it too.

Big tortilla wrap
Pesto sauce
Colored bell peppers
Red onions
Black olives
Feta cheese
Shrimp or chicken

Saut√© shrimp or chicken with a little olive oil.  Season with chili pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Spread pesto onto tortilla like you would marinara sauce.  Arrange and layer the rest of the ingredients on the wrap.

Cook in oven at 350 until the bottom of wrap is toasted and edges are crispy.

Enjoy your pizza!"
