Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips


This bread is so easy to make and incredibly moist. Not super sweet and perfect with a cup of coffee. I added Ghirardelli chocolate chips to it for an extra flavor and I can't imagine it better any other way. Yum!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar 
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin puree

1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 1/2 cups flour

1/4 cup Ghirardelli chocolate chips

Directions:
Beat the sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin puree until well blended. Add the dry ingredients (baking powder through flour.) Mix until incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips (another option would be to just put the chocolate chips on the top of the bread). Grease and flour a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
