Chocolate Chip Cookies

Big, soft, chewy, and totally delicious!

 Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, slightly melted
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 large egg
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, and the salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl beat together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and the vinegar until smooth. Beat in the egg just until combined.

Mix the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Place large (2 tbsp worth) scoops of cookie dough on parchment paper and spread 3 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. They will look light brown around the edges and undercooked in the middle.  Remove from the oven immediately. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before moving to a rack to cool.
